Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year.”

Section 131 of the Motor Vehicle Act indicates that “Every driver of a motor vehicle at the approach of any unguarded railway level crossing shall cause the vehicle to stop and the driver of the vehicle shall cause the conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person in the vehicle to walk up to the level crossing and ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side and then pilot the motor vehicle across such level crossing, and where no conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person is available in the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall get down from the vehicle himself to ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side before the railway track is crossed”

However due to non-following of relevant rules by the road users, many accidents are occurring resulting in loss of precious life  at unmanned level crossings.

Suggest solutions for reducing accidents at unmanned level crossings.

Talking of construction of Railway Over Bridges (ROBs) and Railway Under Bridges (RUBs) at the Railway Unmanned / Manned Railway Level Crossings in the country, this project must not be treated as financially unviable. For one thing, this project is directly related to the well-being of the public, and for the other, this project can be made financially viable by putting to commercial use the space becoming available on the sides of the ROBs / RUBs coming under proposal. URGENT ACTION REQD.

Internet marketing and local retail shops :- Foreign funded companies like Flipkart,Snapdeal and Amazon are planning to destroy our retail shops by collecting Billions of Rupees loan from the market and selling products made in China or Non Indian companies at very low price. Please check if its is a well planned stratergy to make the indian retailers jobless and stop the local manufacturing companies in India.I think its a plan to create jobless people in India and thus make trouble for the Gov

65 Baras se Congress ke kushasan ke kaaran Anaitikta ka hi bol-bala raha. Divne Modi ji ke aa jane se arajakta ka andhera chatna shuru ho chukka hai. Aam janta ko apni sarkar se apekshaeyn bhi bahut hain. Abhi tak sarkari dafteron main sarkar ka dar dikh nahin raha, jo kii dikhna zaroori hai. Rishvat jaisi lanat se chutkara to tabhi milega jab sarkar dar logon ke man main baith jaey. SARKAR se jadu kie apeksha hai.
