if three sensors is placed before and after 3kms of level crossing to give signal about the crossing of train, we can easily avoid the accidents there. Why we need three sensors means if any of the birds pass through the sensor the signal will appear but if there is three sensor, we can easily identify the arrival of train.

Sir, plz change the route of train no. 11406 UP/11405 DN Pune-Amravati-Pune Express as it takes 18 hours to reach its destination from source station. While other trains takes only 12 hours for the same journey as their route is from Bhusawal Jn.- Manmad Jn.- Daund Jn. while Pune-Amravati-Pune train runs via Akola-Parli-Latur hence it takes 18 hour tto complete its journey, at the same time passengers suffers from hell lot of problems. So, kindley consider the situation and take decision early.

As per my knowledge an innovative and animated video titled "Dumb ways to die" was publicised in foreign countrie regarding deaths due to rail and a study by havard business school was also conducted on it and it recived lot of prices. So similarly innovative ways to create awareness must be the way to reduce the accidents on the unmanned crossings.Bringing about a change in the mindset of the public is the only way forward. The use of force like railings, crossings can always have alternatives.

The local train from Ledo to Dibrugarh, the Dibrugarh Station authority passage the train to the place without platform access causing difficulties to the passengers who often had to face accidents while getting down. It also happened in Raha station( Chaparmukh to Silghat rout) without raised platform, that I witnessed. These are some examples I witnessed. Do the needful to provide raised platforms to each and every small station for the sake of safety, to make the Safety Slogans a real one.

Raised platform in all kind of stations in Broad Gauge track is essential for the safety of the passengers. Differences in platform height is sure to pose a risk for passenger safety .It happened so! I found children and woman face the trouble and in several cases they got wounded while getting in or getting down. So, raised platform in all stations is a must for safety (to make the Safety Slogans a real one) of the passengers.

Can we increase reservation quota for foreigners in all trains as at the moment very few trains are having this facility, This will increase the number of tourist in remote areas and its very difficult to travel by road in remote area specially in raining season when road condition are not good.
also it will help foreign tourist to visit the places which they come to know after landing in India and can plan in sort span of time.

After introduction of continuous whistling from 180 Mtr near UMLC, these accidents has decreased substantially.State Governments should plan roads to be mostly parallel to Railway track with minimum possible crossing, that to nearby the Railway station. In case mid section crossing is unavoidable, LHS(Limited Height Subway) is the solution. Public awareness is the most essential while crossing UMLC.

Accident in UMLC,taking place mostly with Tractors,Cars,Auto Rickshaw & sometime bikes due to carelessness of their drivers having overconfidence. Many a time, they can't predict, how much time a train takes to come from visible distance say about 200 Mtr. If it is a passenger carrying vehicle, the causality is more.In many cases, it has been found that, the victim have drunk/listening music in earphone/talking by Mobile while crossing.IR is planning for High Speed trains UMLC is a hindrance.

Railways has Many counters to book ticket or assistance to passengers but more than 40% counters are NOT operational or FOUND CLOSED due to lack of employees, Our Honorable Rail Minister should invite vacancy to fill post and serve better to nation.
Our railways should develop computerized mechanism to control or minimize Without Ticket travelers & strictly punished for it. many Region in india mostly daily passenger doesn' Have ticket. Railway Should provide MONTHLY PASS also to daily pasengr

I would like to suggest for Railway developments & Services
In each Trail should have separate COACH to Seat for WAITING list Tickets holder Passengers, Presently they paying ticket amount equal to reservation ticket but dont have space to Seat at least and occupied here n there in reserved coach . Which make trouble to all passengers.
My Idea they should have chair car coach for W/L traveler to seat according to W/L No.with allotted seat and on confirmation they can move to reserve seat.
