**MISC.** Contd. From Previous Posts on NGOs. Again, the previously stated Affidavit of the Central Government before the Apex Court puts the figure of the NGOs. at
around 22Lakhs. The details of the NGOs alongwith the details of ammount received by them from the State and/or Central Government; and the stated aims and objectives are not in public domain. BUT THE VERY FACT THAT 90% OF THE ABOUT 22 LAKHS NGOs DO NOT FILE RETURNS SPEAKS VOLUMES OF THE WAY THE NGOs ARE FUNCTIONING.

It is seen in all cities that public is using the area around the track to ease them selves . They use the area as open latrines and many times meet accidents while crossing tracks. Railway can help construct public latrines in the localities around the tracks and discourage entry in track surrounding area by small penalties. tracks area can be kept clean of bushes and mounds, at least in populated area so that the tracks are not misused. penalty amount should be 30 times that of sulabh.

**MISC."...Contd. From Posts of 15th, 16th, 17th &18th January on NGOs. "GOVT. FUNDS TO NGOs." For decades now, NGOs are almost inseparable part of the State / Government machnery, in the sense that hundreds of crores of Rupees are funded to the NGOs from public exchequre, without any accountibility in 90% cases -- as per Affidavit of the Central Government itself before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. ONE STANDS AGHAST WITH THIS FACT COMMING OUT IN FORM OF AN AFFIDAVIT BEFORE THE APEX COURT.

a big lot of kettle loose their life on railway tracks due to negligence of their owner . The open area around the tracks is filled with grass and plants. While grazing animals stray on to the tracks and meet accidents. kettles loose their lives and the owner their livelihood. In turn other animals like dogs meet accidents while eating dead kettle. If the area around the tracks is leased out for growing flowers and seasons veggies life of kettle can be saved. Rail can earn some money.

There should not be any level crossings.
Either it should be a bridge or underground tunnel.
initial cost may be high but it will be beneficial even financially in long run considering the involvement of man power, apparatus, machinery and most importantly the lives lost.

Dear Sir i have a suggestion for railway. If railway could use the space between the railway lines or between two plate forms on all big railway stations for electronic advertisement board than railway can earn more money. It will also prevent people, crossing the rail line in unsafe manner and reduce the accidents and deaths of people who cross the rail line by jumping between two plate forms.

While booking reservation, there is waiting, I suggest dont give waiting number, if room not available, because even getting waiting number never confirm while journey in train. But T.T.E. gives room to ordinary ticket holder. How it possible? Because I have experience this thing so many times on board journey in many trains. What solution railway have for this?
