The need of the hour is to strengthen our vocational training base ITIs.We need more ITI vocational training centres along with IITs.
If we want to MAKE IN INDIA this vocational training will be our biggest asset.

Skill development is done by on the job trainings during course study or repeatedly doing the job one is doing or going to do.
Our education system is good and has improved in the last 60yrs. Each and every person in the middle class wants his child to become doctor or engineer. We dream of more IITs that's good but we don't encourage our child or try to give him vocational training. If all become engineers somebody has to become a fitter or a machinist.
