Skills development in mining sector is badly required in India comparitively developed countries. For this sub-oriented training/apprenticeship will more fruitful to the field staff. Through this program, mining employees can update advanced technology and it leads greater qualitative and quantitative production.

I think for Great results we need both things but in some ratio of about 3:7, degree and diploma courses give knowledge about different ways of extraction, ways of mining and to know what we get from which place, training we actually implement in practical life as well as training will create jobs and employment in INDIA. THE POINT IS IF TRAINED PERSON GET DIPLOMA OR JUST SIMPLE COURSE IN MINING SECTOR THEN WE MUST GET WONDERFUL RESULTS, TRAINED PERSON IN RATIO OF 7 AND DEGREE PERSON IN 3. "7:3"

We have voted for change and we can see that things are improving now. In fact its better than Congress regime. Please ask highway ministry to clear Dwarka Expressway in Delhi/Gurgaon for middle class people. Hope to see positive response on this. Regards

I work in Gurgaon and invested on Dwarka Expressway but that project is very slow because of litigation there from last 6 years, need your help to clear that project because lot of working class people invested their hard money there. Request you to please clear that expressway now you have a government in Haryana also. Thanks

Skills in mining sector required 2 things, one knowledge about its work in class room and then allow him to do the same what they learn in practically, allow them to find out the better solutions for doing the same things

While monitoring PMJDY, it will be more effective if all willing, non defaulter and eligible farmers use only KCC and there should not be any other CASA account. It will infuse discipline among farmers, NPAS will reduce drastically in KCC and will bring more transparency in banks' planning process. Accordingly deduplication of customer base should be taken by all banks on war footing and in a time bound manner and on mission mode.
