The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

At the outset, I wish to place on record my appreciation for the efforts being undertaken by RBI for ensuring that banking customers are adequately protected. Towards this, may I suggest directing banks to provide option to the customer whether they would like their Debit and Credit cards to be enabled for international transactions or not. Since international gateways do not follow the OTP system to avert fraudulent use of cards, many Indian customers have suffered huge losses.

#SWACHHBHARAT#If we can setup a monitoring software to monitor all streets, dumping yards, responsible safai karmcharis, city wise and being headed by a dedicated officer who ensures spontaneous search operations and has all the rights from punishment to the worker who is not doing his/her job to applauding who is doing it perfectly. This kind of software has been made and working fine by Warangal city officers ( I saw it on Satyamev Jayate) by this way we can achieve #CleanIndia#

Every mine is different. Skills in mining sector cannot be developed by class room environment. They must be developed on the job.A gold mine and a coal mine are not the same. A open coal mine is different from a underground coal mine. So each mine is an experience in itself. However, after 3 or 5 years of on the job training/experience can be awarded a degree like certificate (mining/HRD/Education/UGC may be taken into confidence for jointly and awarding this certificate).

Pranav Mistry. He is an Indian and He is a genius with "sixth sense" products. Why not rope him in to Government of India.

@PMOIndia ,@narendramodi, Sir we really appreciate your initiative for Adarsh Gram Yojna. Sir if all Indians support any political leader only for their contribution for our nation we can change India. Only due to our selfish leader now we are suffering all the present problems. Leaders need to think beyond vote bank politics. Sir to become a honest leader in India it is necessary to implement use of unique id only through PMO to all Indians/business/pvt/govt sectors & link it with all sectors.

Please rename the ministry of environment, forest and climate change to 'Ministry of Environment, forest and Climate Change Control'. The reason is obvious.
