The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

I have a 5 years old Son going to School in PP2. During admission I have visited 4 to 5 Schools and all of them have demanded money without receipts. I was having no option hence had to give 50 K as donation without any receipt. I am sure many of us are facing the same problem . We want Modi Govt to do something about this. Its a big pain area of any new parents.

For professional level skills, a person requires both i.e. class room environment i n order to understand theory behind the process and training to practically implement those theories. But training is more important as a person can learn things related to mining only by proper training, theories may help that person afterwards.

sub-oriented training since childhood is far better first then degree/diploma programme. For example ,silk saree weaver at varanasi are trained since childhood,they are trainee students,not child labour.

I am confident on my opinion that skills in mining sector are best developed on mining sight that is by practical knowledge.

i think both are equally necessary to develop the skill in the Mining sector. The Mining engineering and Mineral engineering department at Indian School of Mines Dhanbad is a live example for the development of the skills requisite in the mining sector. Indian School of Mines has produced high class engineers, with rigorous training experience, who are at the realm of the mining industry.

I strongly believe that the responsibility of parents is not just towards the wellbeing of their children, family and themselves only. It is the duty of the parents tune the wellbeing of society while upbringing their children for which they have to be responsible and accountable, if not and education institution, teacher too accountable. Enlightenment of mother’s role will play a crucial role in this aspect.

1. Right Parent hood and family management awareness/ training programs not just sex education to young ones from high school level to enable them to their Tomorrow’s Role of Responsible Mother or Father and teacher. Present irony is even least stress is not being given to this crucial aspect in education

You have had rightly mentioned in your Independence Day’s speech that a rapist (or even terrorist, drug addict or peddler) happened to be child sibling son of some parents. Ultimately which means the family is the fundamental breeding ground for both good and evil spirit in children; and next comes the teacher, education institution, media and outside social environment. Quality of family or parenting will decides the quality of other macro institutions like society and nation.

Dear sir in India some of construction company not deduct the PF contribution from the employees and the deducted amount not deposit also. the bright example is Unity Infraprojects Ltd. Mumbai is not Deposit the PF amount since Last one year kindly check I lodged a complaint but not satisfied with the Government employees service holders those who are employed in the PF office because they are taking bribes from the company. my Complaint registration no. is ROBND/E/2014/10765
