Sir
1. There must b 1 syllabus nationwide.
2. and One system which controls all the educational institutes.
3.our system running behind ranks but subject to correct this the syllabus must be linked with current problems and analytical approach to solve them
4.In many of engineering colleges project works are being copied by the previous one. every year they must introduce new projects which were not done earlier.
5.Every college must appoint lecturers who are qualified in a Nationwide Test

Generally Mining sector workers are localised, they are unskilled and does have little care and knowledge of safety. Mining apprentice shall be taken up in regularised manner for better utilization of mineral resources and skills development in mining sector. Any Pvt. Body getting license of Mining must first show trained people, either there shall be some mining apprentice program for 1 month, or Mining certificates can be attached with ITIs, where people adept the mining skills of open mining.

Tackling Drug Menace:
1. Political Will - Most of the drug trafikking is blessed by state political leadership. unsubstantiated, but classic eg. is Punjab.
2. Incentivize intel leading to arrest or drugs (clamp down supply). Make example out of people involved in drug selling, Harsh punishment
3. Special Ops team with sweeping powers & direct accountability to center (Not States, they have vested interest)
4. Creating massive public awareness (Schools / Colleges / print Media / TV ads)
