Government should be well informed. Why one state is lagging behind? How to cure? for this govt. must honour creamy layers or reputed doctors, engineers, advocates, ca etc. Since any thing that hammer political, social, emotional or other kind of stability, finance will disappear first and this is the route cause too for black money. It gives some strength in mind about the stability for future tumultuous.

The best way for skill development in Mining sector is to train them on the job. Not during or after college, but ask them to take a break after Higher secondary ( 18+) and train on the job for two years - No salary - Only subsistence - . Give 100% assurance / preference to these trainees in Jobs / Higher degrees. You will see a lot of youth take up this sector as a career.

There should be mechanism that work and take initiative with responsibility on the message written or intimated by some one. Instead of harassing the source of information and asking in specialized format and with certain norms is simply denial of civil rights and leads the whole system malfunctioning. For example Thana not lodging FIR and there is no criminal FIR on thana for such thing. Court too is not easily accessible to normal public. They should understand the value of information..

In my view only practice sharpens manpower talent. In hope for better production of mineral resources we should develop practical skills, that is possible only in job areas not in classrooms anyway. Most of Indian institution are shadow of earning sources only and never concern about quality, only prefer quantity for more earning.i m very confident to say only practical skills improve capability, productivity and performance that is not possible by a degree so provide schemes beyond classrooms

The maximum number of Suicide are happening in India. Is it not a matter of concern or Raises a questions to so many things that are happening in India . People of 5000 yr Old Civilization have forgotten how to Live ?? The Education system no where teaches "How To Live a Successful Happy Life". Students are BrainWashed from the childhood simply to learn things, get good number, reach college , Smoke, Drink ,Sex.. And When a Real Problem Comes "Run-Away". Change Education System.

sir honestly i dont know about mining but one thing i can say for sure is todays education system needs to change,as students doesnt have knowledge and skills required in real time work or industries.I think whenever any students opt for any industry specific course like IT,telecomunication, syllabus should have market specific subjects, tests.
Currently student gains outdated knowkedge.
