The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

A new ATM-type of machine should be installed where women could anonymously report crimes. The violence has a tendency to explode in various forms such as physical, sexual or emotional.Children and teenagers in our society are not spared from the evil of domestic violence.The union government should take steps to provide capital punishment for the rapists. Amid growing public outrage over increasing sexual assaults, particularly of minor girls in schools in Bengaluru & other states.

there is no either or in skill development.first we need to educate people for a year so that they understand basic technical terms in mining and hen give them 2 years of rigorous training in mining company in his or her related field. as mining in india is getting more mechanised so we need to create more technical people to fill the Gap. please ensure that a person must have at least a year of exposure in mines before he actually start working there.

Make provisions of minimum Rs.5000/- to follow High Speed & other's lane on Road. Every Bus/Truck move in Overtaking Zone. If we make it control, there will be drastic improvement in minimizing the road accidents and to save life. Indian people are habitual not to improve without punishment and hence it is must. There should be a patrol party who will take action against the violators. Patrol party will recover their salary through fine and there will be discipline on roads w/o investment.

Dear PM ji, There is only one reason is behind for people afraid for giving birth to Girl child is Marriage. There are two components are main obstacles in Marriage. 1 is Dowery system and another one is Marriage expense to be paid by Girl's Family. kindly impose the strong rule against dowery. If dowery invloves in marriage, punish and put in the prison immediately both the family (Giving and taking of dowery is offence). Also, Strictly instruct both families must share the marriage expenses.

यह कहानी नही सरकारी महिला असपताल की हालत है गरीब परेशान है अाेर असपतालाे में लगातार घूसखाेरी व्याप्त है एडमिट हाेते समय 1000 अगर अापरेशन करना पडा ताे 2000 से 3000 फिर अापरेशन से बाहर अाकर एक हफते रहना है सरकारी भाेजन न के बराबर सफाइ॑ अव्यवसिथ्त सायं 3 बजे के बात नलाे में पानी गायब हर बच्चे काे पीलिया बताना बार बार जाॅच कराना पाइवेट असपताल मे जाने काे कहना डिसचाज के समय 500 सफाइ कमरमी 500 जन्म पमाण 500 यह हाल कहना जरूरी नही पर अगर काेइ बहुत गरीब पहुॅच गया तब क्या हाेगा अच्छाइ यही है कि अन्य=

Hon'ble Modi Ji, we should collect data from industries for their specific needs of men tools. Allow people to join as trainee for 03 years. After completion of training period, provide them National Trade Certificate, as has been giving the present ITIs.
