Employees Provident fund and education loan : Many fresh engineers who pass out from B grade / C grade engineering coleges and end up in low paying jobs are finding it difficult to repay the educational loan. eg; and engineer who gets gross pay of Rs 12500, gets a take home salary of 8500 (after EPF ? EST/ prof tax etc. ). Managing the expenses and repaying the education loan is difficult. Can there be an option of payment of education loan from the savings of EPF?

There should be a training programmes in every Colleges , so that we can understand the field in which we have to work , skill development is very necessary for this period as there are thousands of engineering colleges opening every year but they don't have the basics that were required for that field.

Some strong measures must be taken for population control. 1 or 2 child policy for all to be followed strictly. as more population means increase in crime and division of resources.

Job Training is the only way I can see. You can teach labour how to do it and they will do it. No need of Degree or Certificates.
Just have the person who has experience in the field, ask him to train people, people will do specific job. That's it!
One more thing, instead of giving job in MGNREGA, allot them job after specific training and given them 'permanant labour job.'
