I think it should be the combination of the sub-oriented training, to make the resource aware of the technicalities of the work and does and don'ts. And also on the job training for the actual work experience. Thanks.

Sir,
Talim-e-Baligan a scheme under MHRD . Launched district wise where the population of Muslims 20% +. It indicates that more population of this community is boon to get Govt assistance . Education is the core issue for all the citizens of India. If any special component is the need for the upliftment of a particular community it should be open to all, not on the basis of quantity .Therefore its requested kindly consider the issue unanimously.

This is must for CORRUPTION FREE INDIA.There is a huge corruption in public sector organisations(PSUs) by higher officers/Chief Executive Officers /CMDs.They are minting illegal money in association with contractors while allotting tenders and quoting tenders in connivance with tenderers.All class I/Group A officers of the ranks of Supdt Engrs,GMs should be investigated for dis-proportionate assets.Appointments/extensions of CMDs prior to this Govt need to be investigated.

We also wish to develop the e waste collection storage and segregation skill training to the unskilled minority youth working since the threat of lakhs of tons of e waste generated in India alone can cause irreparable damage to our ecosystem . The electronic gadgets are increasing day by day and so is the waste which is monetizable .
