The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Poorer sections of the society spend a large % of their income on "LIQUOR" which is freely available in shops. The success of "Gujarat Model" also stems from the fact that the state has maintained healthy growth rate despite being a dry state. If the other states can also reduce their dependence on revenue from liquor and reduce the no. of liquor shops, all sections of the society, stand to benefit.

for solar energy , my below suggestion. 1 , take useless land , as upper side of rail patri . upper side of river , upper side of all road .so that other land can be used other industry and other purpose.which is allotted and used to solar plant . i read one time other country use useless land for solar energy. attention , this is trick big solar energy company to take over valuable land, because in future land value will increase.

dian Railways(IR) must be reformed with Organisation Structure with a Single Cadre System(Indian Railway Service of Engineers- IRSE) and then in-house specialised training of HRM/HRD(Personnel), Account and Operation Management. Job rotation should be upto Sr.Administrative Grade among all departments including above departments for better perception of day to day problems in running trains with safety, punctuality and quality of materials supplied by the vendors for maintenance of rolling stock

om sai ram sir, sardar patel ji ko to hmlog dekh bhi nahi paye the kyoki tb tk to hmara jnm bhi nahi hua tha per ab hmlog aur hm se zyada hmare bchche khushnaseeb hain ki unhe uss vyakti k netritv me apne jeevan ki disha tay krne ka avsar milega jo sardar ballabh bhai patel ki hi parchhai hain.

3 . इस केटेगरी मे वे लोग आएंगे जो अभी अभी नशा करना सीखे है - इनको दूसरे लोगो को नशा सीखने से रोकने का ठोस सन्देश देना पड़ेगा ताकि ये अपना साथी बंनाने के चक्कर मे नए बच्चो को इसमें न लाए ! यकीन करिये हम सच मे नशे को इंडिया से भगा सकते है, बस आपके जैसे दृढ़ इच्छा शक्ति वाले नेता की हमे जरुरत थी जो आब पूरी हो चुकी है ! Honourable PM sir aj apne radio pe youngers mein failty hui nashe ke lat ke bare kaha. Sir ye adat college going yougers mein bhi hein. Sir aap schools aur colleges ke area mein jitne bhi pan ki dukane ya tobacco ki dukane ya phir sharab ki dukane hein vo kam kar dijiye. Iss jagho par sabse jada nashe ka sevan hota hein.Sir app tv aur radio ke madhyam se bhi iss vishay par Jana Jagruti kijiye.

उन नशेड़ियों की तलाश करना जो नशा खरीदते है ! ऐसे लोगो को आतीं अलग अलग कैटेगरीज मे बाँट कर उनका लिए भी काम किया जा सकता है ! 1 . पहले तो वो लोग जो कभी सुधर नहीं सकते - ऐसे लोगो को अलग किसी स्थान पर रखो ताकि वे लोग नए बच्चो के पर्ेरणा स्तोत्र न बने ! 2 . वे लोग जो नशा भी करते है और समाज मे भी छुपे हुए है - उनको कुछ समय का आध्यात्मिक कोर्स करवाया जाये, जब नशा नहीं मिलेगा तो ये लोग खुद बा खुद इसे छोड़ देंगे यदि उनको कोई दिक्कत पेश आती है तो सरकार की तरफ से मदद की जाये !

समाधान : 1 . सभी पुलिस अधिकारियो को अच्छे से मालूम होना चाहिए के यदि उनके इलाके मे नशा बिकता हुआ मिला तो उस पर कार्यवाही होगी ! 2 . ऐसा नहीं के जिन सथानो पर नशा बिकता है उसका पुलिस या लोकल पब्लिक को मालूम न हो , बस उनको पहचान छुपी रहने का आश्वाशन चाहिए, उनकी सहायता से हम किसी भी शहर के नशे के अड्डो को एक सप्तह मे खत्म अर्थात बंद करवा सकते है ! ३. जो लोग आज नशे की आदत रखते है वो लोग उन्ही गलियो मे घूमते हुए हर रोज देखेजा सकते है जहाँ नशा बिकता है !
