Use soil from lakes ( Desilting and deepening) for formation NH road & bridges. TN govt is not utilizing this, giving lot of troubles. I have facilitated this by asking NH contractor to pay RS 100 per load to village and take care of other obstacles. Finally NH got soil, lake deepened by 10 ft, village got 3 lakhs and of course animals got water in summer also. Sad to say In MNERGA scheme, they had spent more than crore rupees but deepened 2 feet.

The cars and other vehicles that are exported from India to Europe are Euro-6 compliant. That means they have the capability to meet Euro-6 even if enforced today. Knowing this, govt must enforce Euro-6 immediately. Cities in India are already the most polluted in the world and a huge cause of health issues now and in the future which will cause a massive burden on our health system going forward.

With a view to increased development without environment degradation, India should increase spendings on alternate sources of energy like wind power wind mills etc. Even developed courntries are increasing dependence on such energy. India is lagging behind in this field. Nuclear energy should be second choice. For reducing city congestion & pollution, some top auto companies are coming up with very small personalized vehicles like Toyota i road. It shld be asked to launched & produced in India

GOVT should create a separate vertical & to be empowered for growing TREES in Country, with or without support from corporation/state etc... This should be central initiative & fund should come from center only. There has to be separate vertical in corporation which works in tandem with Central GOVT for growing TREES. ~ No interest of conflict, no other power to be given to this vertical. ~ This will help INDIA to go GREEN at much faster pace. Even we can involve farmers at different level.

Under solar park development scheme, the States should ask Big industries in their State to put solar plants equivalent to their SEB connected load. Then, by paying just the wheeling charges, they should use this solar power in their respective factories. This way, for Industries, their electricity cost can come down drastically and it will remain under their control. The Coal thermal power which will be made available to SEB this way can be given to others Consumer.

Sir , (1) Focus more on planting trees on both sides of National high ways , roads etc with wide publicity . Country is suffering a lot from highest temparature during summer . This message is a mass feel and everybody welcomes this move . (2) Integration of rivers is a long term programme . In the mean while , please dig big connecting canals across all the rivers visible to common man . More over these canals store some water , carry some water from one place to other .
