Recently Tariff Policy has been revised and now discoms RPO are increased from 3% to 8%. At 3%, there is huge inventory of unsold Solar REC's.By just increasing the targets, it will not help. Mr. Modi / Mr. Piyush Goyal should also do some thing to ensure meeting these obligations.India should not remain weak in implementing its policies under present BJP Govrnment.

Create an internal market for carbon trading to encourage Industries to reduce carbon emission like in USA a successful trading system for sulphur-dioxide emissions solved America’s acid-rain problem by providing polluters with strong incentives to clean up; they could sell credits in the marketplace for a profit if they cleaned up beyond the minimum required by regulation.

Subsidies specifically free water and free power encourages people to waste it thus damaging the environment.Mispricing of resources leads to inefficiency and environmental harm. In China “land, labour and capital are all underpriced for industries which are not environment friendly.Energy and water are used much more wastefully than if these resources were priced properly. In contrast, incentivize schemes like funding water-saving drip-irrigation systems

Please tax all households with more than 2 cars heavily and cars that are parked on public roads and pavements should be fined and marked. This is the only way to switch to public transport and hence a greater demand will ensure greater car pooling and hence greater safety in this disastrous city of Delhi.

dear PM ji, plan for optimum utilizing resource by comman ma, as we knw all people are using prepaid connection so that he has control over his expenses, same idea can be used in ones house as he is using power/phone/gas/water from government&private owned provider.. so it will be good idea if one house having contro panel with monitor which will be operated with smart card so he can recharge 5000 rs monthly and that will give him graph daily how much time he can use resource n track monthly
