Emission test should be online. The emission analyzer should be fitted at the exhaust of the vehicle and the emission report is generated on-line without the intervention of the people. It is observed that the vehicles producing the extreme smoke is passed to the emission test.

It is better to incinerate the waste after sorting than the landfill because in cities the generation of waste is increasing but land for land fill is scarce. secondly, landfill is contaminating surface & underground water. The heaps are producing methane. The state of art incineration technology from Germany/Japan not only eliminating waste but producing fuel, fertilizers etc. To make compulsory for big cities to have the incinerators to dispose off the garbage than landfill.

To make compulsory for all restaurants, hotels, public kitchens, public places, Business houses to segregate the waste in to three categories- 1)PLASTIC 2)PAPER 3)BIO-DEGRADABLE. The waste should be disposed in three categories.

To make it mandatory for paper industry to use what you produce your own the recyclable raw materials like bamboo, Grass, other recyclable materials/trees.
