southern regions of India tamilnadu, Andra, Karnataka are all we know dry land region. hence in 1950's governments decided to spread seeds of 'juliflora' a poisonus thorny plant why they thought it might help farmers in all seasons as firewood that something is better than nothing. but the fate is.. many countries decided it as poisonous to all creatures around them and not even a single grass could grow behind the trees shadow. even it droughts the land very faster they've grown in.

# Make in India- The unmanned solar battery operated drones have a big potential use in Indian Army. The technology is not so complicated as china's DJI has developed it. India's defense organizations under make-in India program can indigenously develop the unmanned solar battery operated drones initially for Army. India needs surveillance over its land and coastal long borders. Once successful, it can be exported and later can be used for civil purposes domestically.

Link tax to environmental damage... tax is more if environmental damage due to an industry is more.. also while setting up an industry, a company may be taxed based on number of trees felled... if you do this, an industry need not require environmental clearance while setting up, as compliance is ensured automatically by taxes...

Government websites require the public to fill in data and print many documents like Returns etc and submit them physically with the respective departments. The designers and authorities need to make sure that all printable reports fit in A4 size paper and do not have graphical content. This will save paper, ink, time, photocopying cost and electrictiy. It will have a positive impact on cost and environment.

Instead of banning vehicles and burdening the already burdened middle class please plant trees like banyan, peepal and fruit bearing trees- this will help to keep the monkeys at bay on both the sides of golden quadrilateral and other major cities to check pollution levels. The present order will help auto makers more than the environment.

Why can't the Govt cover the Railway tracks with Solar Cells? I know that the initial cost is huge, but a trial should be done on a small length. Railway tracks don't have trees or any construction which block sunlight. The constant movement of trains will be helpful in keeping the solar cell's temperature regulated.
