lot of potential in power creation through solar off grid and on grid .But govt machineries not supported to get information and subsidy. giving not allocation in budget sanction to give subsidy is ready answer to interested persons. not active participation of Nodal state agencies to tiny solar projects , lot of interest show they in large size wind or solar projects.

In stead of constructing so many check dams and to minimise the cost of construction as welll as to increase the QUALITY AND NUMBER OF projected dam--- OPENABLE GATES( height depending upon the area) may be fixed to each and every bridge of India. Sensors may be fixed for eas and auto opening of gate. Indian railway bridges can also frutify a greater hopes. this can increase the ground water level, employment through rural irrigation. Villagers should be allowed to use unused govt. Land at village level to plant fruits & vegetables with a permission to sell the product and earn but protect the plant at any cost. The local govt body should also be involved in the programme.

We have to promote only recyclable products especially plastics. For past decades we used to get plastic toys at very cheap rates from China. But later it is discovered that they had used our place as dumping destination for nonrecyclable plastic and getting themselves relieved.

In European Countries due to freezing climate all the year round the water availability is limited. The plants are constructed below ground where temperatures are normal. If water comes into contact with atmosphere it becomes ice which cannot be conveyed by pumping nor any waerror treatment is possible. That's the reason they recycle the water again and again and are using it including for drinking purpose also. We are blessed with so many rivers lakes sea ice glaciers that we need not worry

This so created water reservoir shall store water which can be treated thereafter for human use. So excess rainwater running back to sea is utilised instead of wasting. This will also ensure the ground water levels are improved or regenerated

1) conserve water due to its scarcity by recycling it 2) increase groundwater level by rainwater harvesting 3) transferring excess rainwater to the region of drought just dump that excess rain water there to maintain the soil conditions & water table. If we can put petrol lines connecting 4 Countries then why can't we transfer water to the drought areas. Anyhow the lands are becoming barren. If we dug the ground by 1 to 2 meter deep thus making reservoor, transfer water to this area reservoir

Nature always tries to maintain equilibrium. If there is evaporation of water from sea river other water bodies then it gives the same with rain. Now, we get that rain back completely but due to the climate change it is uneven with floods at 1 place while drought at the other. We are responsible for the same with increasing industrialisation, pollution, global warming effect, etc. And we have to correct it or look to maintain equilibrium. Now we can do following to overcome water scarcity ..

Agriculture & Industrial development shall go parallel & none of the 2 can be compromised. So, not only farmers but educated professional are needed to look after the agricultural growth.
