Best way to make a village ADARSH is -
1. Make it Clean - : The point itself includes cleanliness
2 . Proper Disposal of Garbage :- - using methods like ZERO GARBAGE in villages and making RENEWABLE and NON RENEWABLE GARBAGE separate .
3. No Alcohol :- be strictly ban on alcohol
4. Develop tourism : Attract people which will help to generate Employment.
5. Schools : Schools with public-private partnerships for standard education .
6. Proper Roads , Water
7. Roads connecting Cities proper

Develop the Agriculture and dairy farming in villages.Now a days ,Dairy farming giving the more profits to the villagers than the agriculture.So,Give the subsidies and encourage the dairy farming in villages.Seri-culture,handicraft,garment industries creates the employment for rural women.

For country development ,village development must required.For that Industrialists,NRIS,MP'S,MLA'S help needed. INDUSTRIALIST'S,NRIS,MP'S,MLA'S adopt some villages and make as a smart villages.In rural areas most of the villagers depend on agriculture.So,we have to develop the villages.In some villages farmers don't have the canals to their agriculture fields.So,canals must required for their fields.Next,villagers depend on dairy farming.So develop the agriculture and dairy farming in r

For Adarsh village, gram panchayats should be well developed with qualified staffs, good infrastructure development, well drainage system, elected panchas should give emphasis on agriculture development, good industrial estate setup... House tax should be collected regularly & most important the toilets...toilets should be made compulsory for every house in village..rain water harvesting project should be implemented in the drought hit areas..Garbage decompose plants should be setup in villages

Enhancemnet of production of milk and meat through Live stock.
Grid connected drinking water, Roads& communications.
Community toilets for arrest of open defecation.

Every railway station should have ramp or esclaters so that every passanger can carry their attachi or trolley bag easily from one platform to other and senior citizen can go to each platform easily
