Irrespective of the nature of the industry , cost of raw material's a true Trade Union Leader can smoothly steer the company through difficulties provided the Company Administration & the Government is really intreasted in reaping Gains

Sewage Treatment Technology is so well advanced that a MBR membrane biological reactor can clean the polluted water effictively so that it can be used for Industries, farming even dry and arid areas can be cultivated. there is no fear of drought's hitting the country . Every city should clean up its sewage and this water should be used effictively.

1. Instead of making major changes in the present operational system first make the present system full proof and then improve upon it. 2. Put-up a 20 point list public hoarding in every town and village to ensure what is in the clean drive that the Govt. and the Local self Govt. expects. Let people know ….. 3. Ensure that a Complaint registration On –line system is in place with complaint number and the action taken to be reported and put up to the concerned authority on daily basis. Standardize registers and reporting system all over India 4. Based on Sr. No 3 above, ensure that proper numbers of people are employed by the institution or the contractor so that the complaint is attended on the same day or atleast in next 24 Hrs. 5. While designing and construction of infrastructure for towns during town planning and development take into consideration the aspect of Maintenance and Cleaning. Put in place proper corridors for all types of utilities and make provision for atleast 50 years in future. 6. Make maximum use of automation in the cleaning process. NGO who are interested in the participation may donate equipments and assist in the services rather than taking up the total work. 7. Standardize the use and placement of hoardings and Name plates of shops and other establishments. 8. Give proper names / numbers to roads and locality in the Municipality Wards / regions and a guide hoarding on the Main roads in one color. Important places to be given special color for easy guiding and identification. 9. Avoid giving permissions for redevelopment of structures within the town. Every town to have heritage structures that to be preserved and nurtured. Develop all natural Water bodies like natural lake, rivers, ponds, step wells, beaches , public gardens , temples , other religious monuments and place of worship , mountains, and hills and preserve the ecology of the environment and surroundings. 10. Encourage developments in the outer vicinity of towns and villages. 11. Make very strict rules and penalties to ensure that corruption and baksheesh system is municipalities are totally abolished. Municipalities are the biggest source of corruption and this should be checked as soon as possible .Compotators should have a minimum Education criterion for qualification to election. 12. Once every month there should be public hearing / Lok -adalat of the work and developments that the municipality is doings and also reprisal of grievances’ in public. This should be participated by the Local MLA, MP , DSP, Collector ,Municipality CEO, Elected Chairman / President and all the elected members of the Local self government. 13. Make provision for sufficient playground , and encourage sports activities . 14. Make special plots available for Exhibitions and trade fairs to develop the intrinsic knowledge quotient of the citizens. 15. Establish a Rang-upland / the local talent , art , handicraft , agriculture by have special art villages / infrastructure to display and encourage learning to pass on the art form to the next generation

There should be a clear frame work on How the Model Gram/village should look like? What are the criteria it should pass to be called as Model Village. This will create an awareness on where the current status of the chosen village against where it need to go.
