The Prime Minister shared a visionary approach to transform the development journey of our villages in the form of the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana. The initiative calls upon MPs to select a village in their constituency and make it a Model Village by 2016. Furthermore, the number of model villages should increase as time progresses so that in a decade a large number of villages become Model Villages across India.

The rationale behind a landmark idea such as this is clear- India lives in the villages and India will only progress when our villages progress. Development of villages can happen best when everybody walks shoulder to shoulder and contributes towards the comprehensive development of the village. And who better than the local Members of Parliament to drive this change!

This specially created forum on MyGov invites out of the box ideas on how the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana can become the driving force in bringing a qualitative difference in our villages. Lets make the development of our villages a grand mass movement and together create a golden future for rural India.

we could start by making it mandatory for every village to have a cremation ground, separate places for farmers to directly sell their produce to the general population with the prices being regulated by govt.(for every 50 villages or a 15-20000 population). Teachers to get postings in thier own villages(rural teachers can be given preference both in training and posting foe thier choice of posting) thereby ensuring they actually are in that place.

The laboratories of school s and collages in rural area can b used for analysis of adulteration of MILK, food, edible oils, water , soil ect. This is very serious problem here in our area. The staff and d investment is under utilised . The poor kids and families r worst sufferer. They can at least change d supplier with some charges for d check up. This is job of F and D people viz. dream for rural area. This should b made compulsory for all Institutes as service to community .

In Australian tourist visa category, he there is one of the eligibility requirement is the passport holder of certain countries "eVisitor-eligible passports are citizen passports issued by the following countries", under this list there is no India. What could be the reason for the same? And so we have to pay more for getting the same. Since now PM Modiji is in meeting with Australian PM Tony A, This could be one of the discussion point. Hope our country would come in this eligibility list.

Honorable Modiji in your speech today addressing the students you said that it is necessary for children to play everyday. But they hardly find time for it.They have a number of tests, projects n a vast syllabus. So they r completely stressed n they do not find time for any physical exercise due to which children of our country r facing problems like diabetes and BP at a very young age.So what I suggest is to include 1hr of physical exercise in school itself for children.
