The Prime Minister shared a visionary approach to transform the development journey of our villages in the form of the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana. The initiative calls upon MPs to select a village in their constituency and make it a Model Village by 2016. Furthermore, the number of model villages should increase as time progresses so that in a decade a large number of villages become Model Villages across India.

The rationale behind a landmark idea such as this is clear- India lives in the villages and India will only progress when our villages progress. Development of villages can happen best when everybody walks shoulder to shoulder and contributes towards the comprehensive development of the village. And who better than the local Members of Parliament to drive this change!

This specially created forum on MyGov invites out of the box ideas on how the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana can become the driving force in bringing a qualitative difference in our villages. Lets make the development of our villages a grand mass movement and together create a golden future for rural India.

a) Educate people and make them aware of they need to follow discipline and be a responsible citizen, first. b) villagers must understand importance of team work and what they can achieve, together. c) Plan for save water, clean water, clean roads, drainage lines, toilets shud follow this awareness. Then only we can progress. Many of us don't bother to keep our neighborhood or public places clean and tidy. No discipline, no progress.

To minimize circulation of black money in purchase of property, the circle rates should b revised every year as per market rates and all propert registerstion should b software based aadharcard linked tamper proof and there should b a national pool data. All properties purchased should b linked on a national networking platform and people with more than 2 properties should b asked to pay wealth tax,but unfortunately politicians, bureaucrats,Sadhus and Yoga Gurus are among top defaulters

In India cause of backwardness is black money and tax evasion.Goods filled containers come from China without bills and as such avoid taxes. Registration of houses 'flats'land and plots is done @Govt approved circle rates and person pays 5to 8 %of total value as stamp duty, while as actual value of property is 5to 10 times the circle rate fixed by Govt. This cause loss of revenue to Govt and pumps massive amounts of black money into market.Computer software based prop registry linked with Aadhar
