The Prime Minister shared a visionary approach to transform the development journey of our villages in the form of the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana. The initiative calls upon MPs to select a village in their constituency and make it a Model Village by 2016. Furthermore, the number of model villages should increase as time progresses so that in a decade a large number of villages become Model Villages across India.

The rationale behind a landmark idea such as this is clear- India lives in the villages and India will only progress when our villages progress. Development of villages can happen best when everybody walks shoulder to shoulder and contributes towards the comprehensive development of the village. And who better than the local Members of Parliament to drive this change!

This specially created forum on MyGov invites out of the box ideas on how the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana can become the driving force in bringing a qualitative difference in our villages. Lets make the development of our villages a grand mass movement and together create a golden future for rural India.

Toady is 5th September "Sikashak Diwas" To make this day special i have an idea to share that Every District of india should have " National Book Trust " to provide books to every children on consessional rate and that concession can be provided by patterons/Corporate CSR Scheme.

the healthy competition ...between the sansads ..the race..to left behind the other participant ....is the only way ...to do development in the villages ..by the mps of the constituency...& mr modi has lighten this spirit..amongst them..so this is a great effort of our prime minister.

ON TEACHER'S DAY WE REQUEST TO HRD MINISTRY TO MAKE ONE INDIA ONE EDUCATION POLICY WHICH IS PRACTICAL AND EXAM ORIENTED, CCE HAS FINISHED COMPETITIVENESS OF STUDENTS AS THEY AND PARENTS KNOW MY CHILD WILL NOT FAIL UP TO CLASS X. THERE ARE SO MANY FLAWS WE CANNOT WRITE HERE IN 500 WORDS. GOVT. HAS TO FINISH THE TUTIONS AND COACHING CLASS BUSINESS AS IT HAS RUINED THE COUNTRY, STUDENTS ARE GOING TO TUTIONS /COACHING BECAUSE THERE IS NO STUDIES IN SCHOOLS.

wave of development in the country will require acquisition of land from farmers. As a current practice compensation given to land owner is one time. My point is that...there should be an option to reimburse that money on monthly basis as payment to the concerned. It will bring sustainability and will ensure longer livelihood. bank account will be remain active and it will bring down the burden of pension on the Govt. It will be a good financial inclusive programme.

PRIVATE SCHOOLS ARE INCREASING FEES OF STUDENTS EVERY YEAR ON THE PRETEXT OF GIVING SALARIES TO TEACHERS BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING PROPER SALARIES /GRADES TO TEACHERS, ALL MONEY COLLECTED GOES IN TH THEIR KITTY, THERE IS NO FEES REGULATOR,THERE IS NOBODY TO SEE WHETHER TEACHERS ARE PAID PROPERLY, THERE IS NO RESPECT FOR THEM , THERE ARE NO PROPER SALARY STRUCTURE DESIGNED FOR THEM AS A RESULT THE EDUCATION STANDARDS ARE VERY POOR AS GOOD PEOPLE DONOT WANT TO BECOME TEACHERS.

WE FIND IN ALMOST MORE THAN 70% STATE GOVT. SCHOOLS HERE IS NO PROPER SCHOOL BUILDINGS, FURNITURE, BLACKBOARDS, TOILETS, PLACE FOR COOKING MIDDAY MEALS, WE WANT THE GOVT. TO TAKE INITIATIVE ALONG WITH STATE GOVT.S AND DO AUDIT OF ALL THE GOVT. SCHOOLS AND SHUT 50% OF SCHOOLS AND ACCOMODATE AND RUN SCHOOLS WHO HAVE PROPER INFRA. IN OUR STATE ONE OF THE SCHOOLS THERE IS ONE CHILD AND ONE TEACHER , WE ARE WASTING TAX PAYERS MONEY FOR JUST SHOWING THAT WE ARE RUNNING SCHOOLS.

आदर्श सांसद ग्राम योजना में क्षेत्र का सबसे पिछड़ा गांव चुनना भी चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य है। अतः इसके लिए मानक केन्द्र सरकार को तय करने होंगे। जैसे स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, रोजगार, आर्थिक स्थित, व्यक्तिगत भवनों की स्थिति, सड़क, बिजली, पानी आदि। इसमें भी केन्द्र सरकार को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर सूची जारी करनी चाहिए। इस आदर्श गांव को किस आधार पर चयन किया गया है, इसपर जनता से आपत्ति मांगनी चाहिए। आपत्तियों पर सांसद द्वारा विचार करने के बाद ही आदर्श गांव का निर्धारण किया जाना चाहिए।

जब तक विकास देश के सबसे पिछड़े व्यक्ति तक नहीं पहुचेगा। हम विकसित नहीं हो सकते। आदर्श सांसद ग्राम योजना में भी जब तक हम संसदीय क्षेत्र के सबसे पिछड़े गांव को विकसित नहीं करते, क्षेत्र विकसित नहीं हो सकता। इसलिए मेरा यह सुझाव है कि संसदीय क्षेत्र के सबसे पिछड़े गांव को आदर्श बनाने के लिए चयनित किया जाना चाहिए। इसके लिए उस गांव में उपलब्ध साधनों को मानक बनाया जाना चाहिए।
