we live in the city where their is less protection for civilians ,less facilities to public in all fields
suggestions:
- to build a IT park
- to provied wifi facilities for commercial use.
- to provide the usage of adhaar card for all purpose.
- to widen the roads.
- to provide drainage for the flow of rain water.
- to provide some technical facilities to colleges ,schools,etc.
- to provide cloud campus facilities.
- to provide the good signal strengths for all the network providers.

Belagavi is the most progressing and important city in south western region of india. It is like a bridge to to totally 3 states goa,karnataka & maharashtra. So it need to be smart and developing....
This city has all those criteria to become a smart city n egov is needed here...
This is the 2nd capital of karnataka and governance need to be faster n it can only happen through to egov which contains biometric system,elockers...etc
this city s having people from different culture n regions.

1. In the market area roads are to be widened and proper parking facility has to be provided..

My plan for a smart city is:
1.Underground wiring.
2.Pipeline gas services.
3.Better parking facilities.
3.IT park .
4.Paperless judiciary.
5.WiFi access at key places.
6.Effective Municipal corporation.
7.Good roads(a must).
8.More usage of adhar card.
9.Better end-to-end transportation to the last mile of the city.
10.Better healthcare.

To eradicate corruption from the city and provide good infrastructure and improvement in the field of education and health care
suggestions:
1)24/7 water and electricity supply in rural and urban areas
2)Improve all signal strength of all mobile networks for better communication
3)To control air pollution take some measures
