KLE MSSCET BM I firmly believe that the smartness of the city depends upon the people's attitude living there. The day they stop blaming others(government) for their own work, there is no such barrier that can stop Belgaum from becoming a smart city. some pointers for the smart city project:- 1. Its a humble request not to cut trees unnecessarily because though it takes few seconds to do that but it takes years to grow them.
