Digital Locker is one of the key initiatives under the Digital India Programme. A beta version (http://digitallocker.gov.in) of the same has been released on 10th Feb. 2015, by Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), Govt. of India.

Digital Locker is aimed at minimizing the usage of physical documents and enable sharing of e-documents across agencies. The sharing of the e-documents will be done through registered repositories thereby ensuring the authenticity of the documents online. Residents can also upload their own electronic documents and digitally sign them using the e-sign facility. These digitally signed documents can be shared with Government organizations or other entities.

Key features of the Digital Locker System are:

• 10 MB of free space in digital locker to residents to access their documents through Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) and also securely store e-documents.
• e-sign online service to digitally sign documents

Residents are invited to use the Beta version of the Digital Locker System and provide suggestions and feedback on the same. Suggestions are also invited on the use cases for services which can be additionally provided by the Digital Locker System.

Sir few concerns: 1> Why is there a recommendation for PDS modification, read in news papers the due to corruption the PDS is failing to reach the public, so why a change or modification of the scheme, why not change the people when there is enough info about corrupt or appoint another dept/set of people to take care of these. 2> Food security bill, we had put forward few clauses before signing the deals and wanted to retains most of the export of grains due to short fall now with PDS its inclin

"Papa modi " apñe kaha aapko jano mjhe really help kiya, But I want to see you as a pm for next at least 15 year a big issue is aapki ideology apke mp,mla,minister follow nahi k4te unhone vote to mangliye apke name pr but vo aapko follow nahi krte, aapne apne kyu diplomatic hokr inko seat di apki life ke mehnat ki 12 bja rhe h or dusri taraf kejriwal k pass fresh team h i don't want to.see kejriwal as pm please in mla mp minister ka work productivity n innovation dekhne k liye software dev.kre

Hello Modi ji Pranam. I'm ardent supporter of your Government. Here I would like to share my ideas for the LAND BILL. These days everyone is criticizing this bill without knowing enough about it. Your Gov. can advt all highlight points in News Paper so let each citizen know about the bill in details. I'm completely in support with Arun Ji how he defended the bill. Yes this Bill is introduced in Lok sabha and after proper procedures the Parliament will pass it. Thanks for hearing me. Durgesh M

Laws-We need to do one amendment in CPC 1908 for help of the courts that a lawyer can inform to other party`s lawyer by notice to appear on suitable/convenient/with consent a date of hearing or Final Hearing.This amendment may bring a new custom or mandatory compliance among the lawyers for the benefit of parties and reducing court`s adjournments.this change may bring a co-ordination between the lawyers but if lawyers cannot do that in such case court can direct to lawyers for hearing on date.

We need to announce deductions on general exemption on individuals upto 5 Lac and wherein 2 Lac could be for 80CC of IT Act deduction. We need to increase extra limit for investment in shares for 5 years at least up to 5 lac additionally. Investment in shares by individuals and indian investor may bring new flow in economy. We need to bring consolidated kind of budget, like basic items in budget should be limited,(Income tax,excise, goods,service).Digital India must prevail over every subject.

mobile number of security and concerning police station on every reserved and unreserved ticket can be given train wise. We can easily contact to security of forthcoming stations on train route wise.We need to show a mobile number of TTE on his seat and coach and many options should be given for security purposes, liked, Camera, Push Button, Cell/phone numbers of TTEs and police station route wise, We can appoint a simple dress man who can observe the passengers and also on security officers.

Too late suggestion though, i say that, Rail minister may announce a facility that every reserved ticket should contain a mobile number of TTEs of concerning coach, wherein seat is allotted. If we can do digital india then first every concerning reserved ticket, a cell number of concerning TTE could be given. It would very good thing that while long journey for women and everyone to at least call concerning TTE and all those TTEs, who will change while journey.Person can easily contact/complain.

Black money is in country is very serious problem , My personal view is that 1- Govt can offer to people of India to disclose black money with 30% Tax to convert money into white money within set time duration ( Max 2 month time) 2- Rs, 500 & Rs.1000 note should be discontinue with setting 2-3 month time frame.3- Govt should pride to surrender these note to any Bank to convert other than Rs.500 & Rs 1000. My view this exercise can help to control black money as on dare.
