Employee right skill people, not on a contract term of 1-3 years but give them permanent posting like in private. Private firms can fire anytime but they hire on permanent rolls. Govt shd also do the same and remove people who are not result oriented. But if it starts with contract job, no one will leave private job and go for govt. job. remove reservation and bring merit based employment and there would be abundant people willing to work in govt.

HINDI WEB DEVELOPMENT. Why? 1- Because it will help in making rural masses literate, informed & connected. 2- It is not included in digital India programme (although this should be at its heart ). 3- most necessary for the success of digital India programme. 4- it will cut down unnecessary programme expenditure. 5- it will expand & consolidate digital economy of the country and millions of direct & indirect jobs will be created within the country.

for development of agriculture sector, we should work on internal as well as external front. at internal front, create an statewide database of innovative/achiever farmers as well as farm entrepreneurs and prepare/implement the agriculture program using their capabilities. these farmers should be linked with business houses. at external front, we must create an farming grid integrating these farmers and farm entrepreneurs with similar group of developing nations for agribusiness and agri-export

I want to share my thought that being digital we should prepare to educate people to have minimum standards to communicate in written words, so that they understand what they actually want to express. We should surely make people literate first

Ex:- Ihave requested on 15-09-2014 an appointment of P.M. on any day to explain a" poor men uplift program with in a period of next ten years. To that effect I have sent 7 pages project report on 07-10-2014 by registered post to the P.M. The P.M.Office replied me that my request was not traced in their office, on 22-12-2014 and what step initiated on my project is also not yet known. So, only giving a nominclature to a new program is very easy, but implementation is not seen.

Dear Sir, I'd like to suggest to get the Next generation Mobile payment system. Not using credit cards anymore in shops. Instead we use Mobile phones just tap and pay just like (Google Wallet & Apple Pay). Every village which has a school needs an high speed internet facility which is much needed for rural children to get even more exposed to technology.
