Retirement age should be uniform in all government departments in all centre and state and PSU jobs and youth unemployment can be reduced only if retirement age be reduced.

Sincere, hardworking and non corrupt officials working in government jobs are discouraged by superiors as they are a hurdle for senior's corruption so they are harrased/ transferred/ badly treated/ bypassed by superiors. Special policies should be made to identify non corrupt employees encourage them and protect them to stop corruption in India

mHealth which is using mobile phones in health care will bring about a health revolution in India A healthy nation leads to a strong nation and a strong nation leads to economic growth. It is not demographic dividend it is a HEALTHY DEMOGRAPHIC DIVIDEND that counts !

Reservation of all forms like reservated castes & religions, female reservation etc in all sectors like education, jobs and promotions should be stopped as it discourages sincerely working government officials and equal opportunities should be provided to all Indian persons or if it cannot be stopped reservations should only be based on financial basis and private sector should have reservation

Every Government payment should be done by credit card/Debit card or by Cheque/demand draft as to reduce the acceptance of cash and in otherwise corruption. Once every citizen is used to make the payment by cards or bank transactions this will reduce corruption upto large acceptance - other form of digital transaction. Just a matter of time similar to use of mobile sets now compared to five years ago.

There is more Black Money in India in Share market and Real estate. Policicies should be made to punish all corrupt officials in government jobs as well as private jobs

Data connections on phones should become cheaper and faster. All records should be digitized with access only to authorized persons and having a strict privacy law

Dear Pradhan Mantri Ji I would request you to provide a free email id by the Govt to all the citizen verified on the basis of their validated credentials Viz Adhar, PAN, Passport or as deemed fit & proper. This service would be beneficial to communicate with the Citizens and also to intimate them regarding every thing from their Taxes to schemes in paperless form. It will also bring in a sense of inclusiveness amongst the masses.
