Dear Prime Minister Ji, The Cities and Villages in the history of our ancestors build in 2500 BCE like Dwaraka etc., but now this is going to be copied from them in another country, this is shame to all Indians. We have lot of technologies available in our country to development of all cities and villages, we can spend little bit of amount through state and central governments as a present taxation policies to smart cities, and as the archetype of the world we can not.. Please see attached docs.

Just subsidize the home loans from PSU banks upto Rs 50 lacs by 3% for 3 years on a diminishing basis (based on rate reductions by RBI) for the 1st house. Economy will zoom due to local demand push. Home for all will be accomplished.

I think Mr Modi was taking about cashless transactions in one of his seminars. This can be easily done if the banks can be brought on one platform. That is rather than each bank issuing its own set of cards with diiferent numbers, the card no. shud be made of AADHAR AND pancard no . Apart from this the bank can have their BIN( bank identification number) on the cards issued by them. This will help to do away with the black money as everytime a person swipes his card, the trasacntions will get recorded in the master data base made of (pan card+ aadhar no ). I think both no. being unique for a given person, can easily help in lots of things for the GOVT.

Dear Mr. Modi, I do not know whether this is going to be considered or not, but this is regarding the home loan issue. I have seen that when ever a bank gives a loan, ( my concern is home loan as this is most important for a common man) the EMI's for the first few years consist of the maximum part of interest and very less amount of interest. So after paying EMI for say, atleast 10 years, a person wants to repay the loan, it is found that he has paid maximum of the interest component and his prinicipal is still left. So he is at loss and bank is always in profit. Having a house is the most important thing for a common man and I think we cannot have banks having most of the profit out of this. I would like to explain you by an example. Lets say that person has taken a home loan of 10lacs for 10years at a certain rate of interest. Lets say the total amount of interest to be paid to the bank in 10years is 05lacs. So the interest to be paid per month wil be 500000/120= 4166. The principal to paid per month is 1000000/120=8333. So the total emi per month per month is principal + interest= 8333+4166=12499. This will be very advantageous to common people as this will reduce pricipal in course of emi payment. But the present case is such that the interest component is very high and principal components is very negligible in the EMI as per the calculation of the banks. I think you should definitely think over this matter and it will be very good for common people if you can bring some change. I know the banks will lobby hard against any changes as they will be in loss. I hope you will do something.

Dear Prime Minister Modi, I believe you and President Obama have a unique opportunity to take the lead in establishing a new security doctrine and an International Alliance to protect democracies in the digital age during President Obama’s visit to India. Please read my thoughts on the number 1 security threats to open economies in the 21st Century. http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/CREC-2010-02-03/pdf/CREC-2010-02-03-house.pdf ( see United States Congressional Records - page 33 )
