Government has made excellent provisions for registration of Service tax assessees through the web site of Central Excise and Service tax department. However, the process still requires getting signature of the concerned officer before he makes the registration final. It is invariably seen that such officers do demand money for doing the approval function and are adamant about the same. Govt. should take some corrective measures on this process so as to avoid corruption and harassment to public.

PMji, I am an industrialist. I pay each and every tax to your government. I made one mistake in my billing first time that the TIN no printed by my computer was wrong. That check post person imposing 50,000+ rupees of tin no for the mistake which was very small. I am not a criminal to pay 50,000+ rupees for just a mere mistake. And your government kps doing that, Take keys of my factory and run my business.

There is an urgent need to bring our rural India at par with modern infrastructure and facilities. The very basic need which is felt at this point of time is of good roads and electricity and after that it is assured that there wont be much difference between conditions of Rural and Urban . With good road we will develop detailed reach within and with electricity chances are firmed of development at faster pace. Hence we should concentrate on giving these facilities at first.
