First very very congratsfor your Swachh Bharat Mission. In my opinion we should start digital india dream from school. Where school children carry 10-15 kg of bags to school. Instaed of that let them carry a tablet or it should be provided by school itself. connected to server of scholl 24*7. so that every child can take knowledge from it. It will not only help to grow knowledge from childhood but also will become compulsion for their parents or person who will teach them.

for cleaner, greener india in short span of period it is necessary to more and more involvement of municipal corporations/commetties/panchayats employees.members and workers.they should be regularly educated and encouraged in this regard.some incentive based program can help a lot.regular ads at media channels keep public in touch with cleaning habit.waste disposal system should be checked and updated at regular intervals. unless govt.not take corrective measures, public will not participate.

1.Set up PSU by name of "Digital India". 2.Set up offices/Data centres in each district of the country. These offices will provide all data/IT related services to administration, policing, sadar hospitals (telemedicine), schools, colleges (tele-education) etc. Such offices can be located in district administration building for better coordination. 3. These should employ IT degree holders from BCA/MCA to B.Tech /M. tech (IT/Comp. science) through oncampus in local colleges or by competition.
