Project Digital India should aim for one time capture of documents in system after due verification in a central repository like Aadhar so that citizens are not required to produce originals & submit them every time. Mere physical presence of person and application form, should suffice while renewing instruments like Passport, Driving license etc. This will go a long way in saving time
