Modijo, my name is Pavan. I'm a 2puc science student. I can't concentrate on studies as it's very tough for average average marks scoring students like me. First of all we should take greater concerns about the economical structure of the country.I feel the most important thing we should do to develop our country is by bringing the government and the ground level people closer.work should start from the ground level and the gap between the poor and the rich, top management people and low management should be abolished

It is always good to keep open community meetups for each and every departments.so that all who are interested can take part. By this, department will know what is happening outside and how can they evolve. Some one will help them or volunteer them . It could cut lot of cost in training using professionals as well as they will get direct interaction. Same as Meetups(www.meetup.com).

Requirement of documentation even for renewal of Passport & Driving license is same as while making a new one. Project Digital India should aim for one time capture of documents in system after due verification in a central repository like Aadhar so that citizens are not required to produce originals & submit them every time. Mere physical presence of person and application form, should suffice while renewing instruments like Passport, Driving license etc. This will go a long way in saving time
