Government Organization should have a government mail ids. It is very disheartening to see all major official communication being router through private mail servers such as gmail, yahoo etc. Even though there is an official mail id it is rarely used because of several problems. It is sad that being an IT major we have not yet developed a robust mail system for govt organization and departments,

Incomee tax should be 5% for first 5 lac. All exemption should be remove. After 5 lac IT should be 6%,7%,8%,9%,10% upto 25% only. After 25 lac give exemption on max 25 lac gov bond saving more than 3 years lock period. Above 50 lac it will consider as new break up for 50 lac. & tax should be calculated as above.

Digital India is success in city but not succeed in village the reason is government must give encouragement in the way of money. For Village people don't have much value for time but they have value for money hence if they take any service from government or private they must get benefit in term of money compared to manually taken service. Digital service must have some extra benefit apart from saving time in village is the key for Digital India success in village.
