Celebrating creativity in science calls for an open environment right from school to universities to research institutions. Nurturing inquisitivity, freedom of expression of ideas, unbiased acceptance of facts irrespective of the source and ample scope to implement / experiment new ideas will boost creativity. This calls for an open minded approach and the spirit to work in an integrated knowledge pool. Afterall, as the ancient saying goes, Let knowledge flow from all directions!

Science is creative in much the same way that art, music, or literature are creative, in that scientists have to use their imagination to come up with explanations. These explanations are well informed – they are not mere guesses – but there is no escaping the fact that they are ultimately products of the imagination.

To promote science, there should be a zone according to every city, science competition should be held in every zone and prizes should be given to the best 20 and questions should be answered about that project and the best participant may be the winner.

Mr.Prime Minister, There are many school children both in cities and villages having creativity ideas. While the students in cities have access to various platforms to show their skill and creativity the students in rural areas do not have access to such facility or un aware of the fact that how to demonstrate their creativity to the world. My suggestion is: The school teachers are the one who can identify the creative knowledge in the students. First of all , all the school teachers must be made aware of the ways and means of bringing the hidden talent. Every year one such program at all India level to be conducted. The best few creative idea students will be awarded cash prizes and the concerned teachers too are to be rewarded. This will enable teachers to motivate students and also help them to complete their mission. Regards

IMPROVEMENT IN SCHOOL EDUCATION Our system evaluates Student on basis of exam marks which is only about memorizing. Actually student are forced by this system to memorize and not to learn.Creative thinking is discouraged and only fix pattern is followed. 1. There should be lesser exams in schools as it only about memorizing. 2. Memorizing is easy but Learning takes time which is not available. 3. Syllabus should be reduced as Quantity does not matter Quality matters. 4. No.of subjects should be increased vastly. Students should free to choose from them. 5. Student should be given more freedom and choices. 6. Why Education is forced upon students that makes it burden but it can be most enjoyable thing. Children should free to learn. 6.But this evaluation system or exam system is like making Robots. 7. Creative thinking should be apreciated 8. Students should free choose after primary education what they want to learn and how they want to learn. As this way they become passionate to_

Science should not be taught, that makes it teacher-centred. Instead, its learning should be made learner-centered that allows science to be first discovered/ explored/ experimented/ experienced/ appreciated, and that should arouse curiosity in the learner to dive deeper and connect with facts. The joy of finding something cannot be matched by a lecture. The (experiential) learning so acquired remains etched for a long time than what has been heard/ read in classroom and also, it immensely boosts the confidence of a learner. A learner who has not understood, during the examination s/he is made to write, will have the temptation to copy; not the right approach to inculcate scientific temper!

The sylllabus should include aspects of different streams of science. Chapters on how day to day gadgets work should be included. Chapters on how each & every mechanical &: electronic device works should form part of the syllabus. Tours & visits to factories, small, medium & large scale industries should be made compulsory. This will help students to know & learn how various gadgets & devices are assembled & manufactured . These field visits should be made compulsory from atleast the 5th standard. To sum up more emphasis should be on skill acquisition & development.
