Dear Modi ji “Creativity is the creation of an idea or object that is both novel and useful,” “A lot of kids think that science is a body of knowledge, a collection of facts they need to memorize,” When scientists allow their minds to roam and reach beyond their immediate research fields, they often stumble onto their most creative insights

Dear Sir, Please guide me a way out to bring in natural vaporiser for mosquitos. Every house hold is in the use of mosquito vaporizer(s). Every make of the liquid is with dangerous material mix and it is observed on the label itself. I wish to introduce natural vaporizer which contains liquid cow dung with camphor liquid, filled in the similar container to be fixed to a plug. On generation of heat the same can be spread across for throwing away mosquitos. How is it possible to expose my frame, Please allow me to experiment this and arrange for a natural vaporizer form as against existing ones.

Respected Shri Modi Ji, I would like to give this suggestion. These days reading habit has come down among youngsters and they are mostly addicted to mobile games and social media. To encourage them to read it will be great if a free digital library for School and College students is created. Not only that some foreign diplomatic missions like British Council, American Library gives membership. But it's costly and only rich people can pay for the membership fees. If Government takes steps to have a tie up with many countries libraries and gives access to students many can read and get benefitted. Government should give exclusive membership for students through their schools and colleges and encourage them to avail such facilities. This will minimise the usage of mobile to play games and watch unwanted things in social media. Please take steps to implement this suggestion. If a big resource of all books are available digitally it will be a boon for everyone. Please do the needful.

Science is creative in much the same way that art, music, or literature are creative, in that scientists have to use their imagination to come up with explanations. These explanations are well informed – they are not mere guesses – but there is no escaping the fact that they are ultimately products of the imagination.
