He has left the legacy of teachings of morality, self-sufficiency, forgiveness, non-violence and satyagraha, etc behind him. Now, as the world is rapidly developing and growing in different dimensions , there are some areas which needs to be concerned for sustainable and inclusive development .

With these pedagogies in understanding, Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti invites you here at this digital platform for an open and free flowing discussion where you can share and discuss your valuable ideas.
These ideas can be further utilized by Samiti in conducting different programmes dedicated to mark the 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi.

The Tamilnadu people are theoretically strong in Gandhian thinking, but in practice the opposite, but I am sure you can save the Tamil Nadu people from alcoholism and other major problems. There are numerous articles and video clips on the plight of Tamil Nadu. If the same situation persists, the future of Tamil Nadu is in question. The worst politicians of Tamil Nadu have made our people slaves of various dangerous evils in order to obtain various things through politics.

Shri M.K. Gandhi revered to as Mahatma or Bapu of the nation has sacrificed his life for the nation's freedom along with many others. We should stop buying any imported goods and have our own industries flourishing in the coming years. Meritorious children should be given the right opportunity to stay in India and work for our nation instead of going abroad. Village industries should be given to priority for decentralizing economic India. Economically backward should be supported.

Respected Sir, Ghandi ji dream was to make India clean. One of his important teaching was no discrimination. We can start a campaign regarding no discrimination. This is usually seen in villages, as in cities people's are well educated. There are some cases of discrimination in cities but in villages it's is very high. I request you to think about this. Thank you Hitesh Kumar MA Final Year Student Delhi
