The man who taught us that In a gentle way, you can shake the world, beginning his new innings with his 150th birth anniversary. He has left the legacy of teachings of morality, self-sufficiency, forgiveness, non-violence and satyagraha, etc behind him. Now, as the world is rapidly developing and growing in different dimensions , there are some areas which needs to be concerned for sustainable and inclusive development .

With these pedagogies in understanding, Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti invites you here at this digital platform for an open and free flowing discussion where you can share and discuss your valuable ideas.
These ideas can be further utilized by Samiti in conducting different programmes dedicated to mark the 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi.

Last Date for submission is January 30,2020.

1-Direct all ministries and state secretaries to make almost all procedures online and give reasons which can not be done with solutions. Review again. Ex online RTI to ministries was a good step but second appealing to cic was also done easily previously but after your government came was made difficult. Please make it remain to be easy as to strengthen RTI concept. Can make another law to check if anyone intends to misuse RTI . Can make a provision for confidential RTI easily 2

Dear Prime Minister, As a tribute to Gandhiji, make all government officials compulsory to wear Khadi (hand loom) dress twice a week. Today government officials earning good money and if Khadi purchases will help the weavers, it will sooth the Gandhiji's soul.

Gandhiji mentions in autobiography that this book contested him to nonviolence nnot no the basis of hindu ideology but based onthe ideas from the new testament. gandhiji notes that this book which he read forty years ago had a profound effect upon him. it was tolstoys ideas in this book that helped erase gandhi's earlier skepticism of non violence

Gandhiji would have loved his principles to be followed by all Indians; joint and individual efforts for the accomplishment of his principles and ideals would be a real tribute to him. Many programs as such were organised by the Indian government for the accomplishment of the same. These programs would be worthless if the citizens of India donot realise the importance of the same;more awareness programme should be encouraged to pay tribute to our "Bapu."
