Involve local politicians in getting public involvement,They must seek support of people and ask for a quid pro quo to get their neighbour hood clean. Bureaucracy must inspect and get public engagement. Trash is being burnt causing double damage- pollution and carbon emissions. Public health Officials and RWA's must address public gathering and involve people in getting their neighbourhood clean. There could be tradeoff and competition in cleanliness. Voluntary sharam Daan initiated.

Continued.. This will provide employment opportunity like STD booths allowed during previous central government. This will give quick visibility like our PM Modi's visit to foreign countries.

Cleanliness initiatives can be effective only when we levy heavy penality for spoiling public places with stools, littering wastages Etc. Over above e-toilets can be allowed to constructed in each street for public use by house owners whic can be exempted from income tax for investment and revenue generated through usage at approved rates of local body.
