There is no point in wasting financial and man-power resources in this project at this time. First we need to provide proper health care services to every nook and corner of India. Besides the suggested comments for National e-Heath authority, it is of prime importance to use the software for trending the diseases through the software for establishing the common root cause. Cause of water pollution related disease, chemical infested food habits to be analyzed and assessed for concrete countermeasure. Patient Vs Doctor ratio could very well be controlled with the available data. Increase in cancer disease, TB, and Organ failure related statistics is needed for mitigation.

National E-health Authority- How best it can perform is the major issue? when you see medical health records of each individual and diagnosed system is one way.As we see most of the private hospitals are funded by the government health schemes,where there is large scope of misinterpretation of health records and treatment method is not defined or no control over them because of lack of regulatory authority on treatment method, scrutiny and costing.

1. Online repository for all health records for each individual 2. Every signed-up member can print their own health card online, card will have a QR code 3. Every single hospital, dispensary, clinic, medicine shops, path labs, blood banks, ambulance & nurses station will be connected through this application 4. Patients can reach any hospital/clinic with their card and the app will read the QR code and display complete health record 5. Patients/Doctors can see all path reports & order meds

Government should provide health facilities in all government hospitals at free of cost to all people . People should be encouraged and educated that they should go to government hospital rather than to pharmacist in a medical shop. In rural India , people first approach a pharmacist in medical shop for medicine ,even a primary health is located half- a kilometer distance from his residence. This is nothing but faith on pharmacist. They do not have the same faith on doctor in PHC.

Integrated healthcare for all means bring different independent(Silo's) together to form a closed loop of services and help for all and at all location in India primary. All private and Govt. Hospitals should link their medical records to the central database so that when a person refers his Adhar Card No. any hospital treating the patients can get his previous medical history for better judgement of prescription via prior permission. This will give great efficiency to the digitisation of people's medical records. Also, this facility can be extended to international hospitals on special demand who would treat complex conditions outside.

Pathlab, Microlab and Radiology report should also be compulsorily given in soft copy. This will help patient / caretaker to preserve, compare and refer in future, which is very essential to measure progress or otherwise, of health of people.
