Many old people can't be taken to doctors when they are ill (cases that don't require hospitalization). Many doctors, especially reputed specialists are often reluctant to come to residences. There should be an easily-accessible call number (supported by mobile app, website, and sms facility) where the patient or his/her family member can call for a specialist doctor for home visit at reasonable rates.

The benefit of interconnection through intranet is the information available regarding availability of medicines and vaccines including life saving drugs with the expiry dates along with batch number. (this could help the district hospital to maintain inventory and reduces corruption over duplicate medicines and selling of these medicines to open market). For patient, which needs emergency help, online visual advice by expert doctor in district or semi urban hospital can save time and life.

the problem lies with the resources available in rural and semi urban areas. they need huge investment on all India basis, if we start on a fresh level. So, there should be re-planning to utilise these already available resources and manpower, so that the corruption be minimised. Next, To interlink(intranet) village level dispensaries with semi urban(tehsil) hospital and tehsil hospitals to district for smooth flow of information regarding emergencies and needs on real time basis.
