Dear sir, This is for your kind information, We are staying in Hospet(karnataka state), Middle of Hospet and Marriyamnahalli route so many accidents are happening daily. This is because so many iron ore trucks and other trucks . This accident are because of over speed by trucks and other vechiles , This can be avoided just by fixing the speed governer (70KMPH max)to the trucks. But speed governers must be ensured by the concerned department, with this and we can avoid minimun 50% accidents.

This is a fabulous initiative by GoI, #NeHA & #MyGov. I'm not a health domain expert to comment on the features, but from an IT perspective, here are some comments: - Massive integration of billion+ entities - patients, health care providers & Govt agencies - Identify the feature pyramid and go after the minimum viable product (see attached) - Adopt platform specific approach NOT application driven. Allow hospitals run their own applications. Integrate centrally - eg. "Health" App in iPhone

I have read about E-Sanjeevni,I would like to add a module of birth certificate which which could be used ,it would be necessary for every hospital to install the software ,they will add birth time of the child the time baby is born. This would be send to central office via internet,no modification could be made then, This will definitely reduce corruption of "nagar mahapalika" who ask for money for this, it will reduce no. of fake birth certificate which many parents do,which is a crime.

I am an Engineer By profession, my father is a small farmer,at dist Raipur in Chattisgarh. Now the condition of farmer are getting worst day by day .we must identify what are the root cause behind these. No body want to involve their sons in farming/agriculture.We have almost collapsed the internal management of village. Why villages are not financially independent?.NAREA has totally made the worker LAZY.now they are not interested to work.

#MyGov:When health is lost everything will be lost.Health may be the basic need of a progressing society. If people are healthy they can work fast.now a days number of unhealthy people are increasing in our society. The main reason may be intake of bad food or adultrated food. Our Govt should increase the awareness of the people about the food habits. The Health authority should be responsible for increasing awareness among the people about the health habits & food habits.Insist health check ups.

Right to Health - awareness on the same to be spread from the level of primary education. cutting down on few irrelevant subjects - awareness on similar subjects to be incorporate in the education system. once people are aware of their rights and start questioning the system will take its course and become effective.

Dear Mr. Minister, Health is a very basic problem in our country. it terms of policies are concern there are plenty of them are available but the problem is in the quality of health facilities available in the government hospitals. Doctors and nursing staff treat the poor people like castles (not all but in many government hospitals). Health is a basic need and right of everyone and we request you to strengthen the implementation of existing policies along with the quality of health facilities.

Only setting up some sort of electronic system will not work rather there should be a strong back up in the form of physical support to the e-system. I mean to say that, there should be monitoring as well as support system of every e-system to make it successful.By the way,Concept is good and will be beneficial.

itshould behealth authority. establishment of nationalhealth authority isgood concept it is well known fact that the stateof publicsector healthestablishment are in miserable state particularly owned by state govts lack of will in the doctors as well as in the authorities has further worsen the health services there should be active participation of privatecmedicalprofessionals in nationalhealth authority formation from both metros and smaller towns because the rural population is the sufrer.
