*suggestion for beti padhao-शिक्षा क्षेत्र मे सुधार करने के लिये समय-समय पर विभिन्न पदों पर होने वाली नियुक्तियों के सम्बन्ध मे इस तथ्य पर विचार किया जाना चाहिये कि नियुक्ति मेरिट के आधार पर की जानी चाहिये या नही? हमारे विचार से जब तक नकल रोकने के समुचित उपाय नहीं कर लिये जाते हैं तब तक मेरिट व साक्षात्कार दोनों के आधार पर नियुक्ति की जानी चाहिये।ऐसा करना इसलिये आवश्यक है क्योंकि नकल करके अच्छे अंक प्राप्त करने आवेदक मेरिट के आधार पर किये जाने चयन मे पद पर चयनित हो जाते हैं और कम अंक प्राप्त करने वाले मेहनती आवेदक चयनित नहीं हो पाते हैं इस कारण उनके अन्दर निराशा उत्पन्न हो जाती है तथा वे पढ़ायी-लिखाई को कम महत्व देने लगते हैं ।इससमस्या का अन्यउचित प्रकार से समाधान किया जाना आवश्यक है।

Bus where there is reservation for women ,in india some people are so called 'dheet' thay do not get up when women come near for that women's has to come forward and take that is for them. THIS WILL HELP THEM STAND ON THEIR OWN FEET INDEPENDANTLY & PARENTS PROUDFULL OF GIVING BIRTH TO THEM.
