All India Council for Technical Education is creating problems to thousands of post graduates by saying that they are not eligible for Asst.Prof. post in engineering colleges simply because they do not have the b.tech degree. This is very unfortunate that when aicte has given permission for admissions to engineering colleges to allow students to join m.tech courses without b.tech degree it did not think of it.We are affected by wrong policy of AICTE(COURT ALSO RESPONDED BUT AICTE NOT)

The subjects like arts and crafts should become optional in every school. The craft projects are given as homework which distracts studies. The people having interest should opt for either of them. The students opting it would have classes apart from studies at the end of the school. The preparation methods should be available on school websites which a student may learn from in his/her free time.

The first and formost thing government should do is imementation of educational reforms for the bright future of India. 1. Praticle knowledge based prgramme 2. Motivation to sports 3. Skill development 4. Technologically sound 5. Focus on career oriented learning 6. Awareness of current affairs 7. Internship prograames for graduation students. Etc Actually we are not so good as far as education is concerned. So we really need to focus on to it.

The government can provide a mechanism for ex-sportsmen and ex-servicemen to join the education stream after retiring. There is no better teacher than one who has done it himself. This will also develop a sense of pride in the students and the school.

School education should be targeted towards developing responsible and proactive citizenry. For this purpose, extracurricular activities like visit to a hospital, police station, govt.offices, social work in slum areas, helping traffic police in traffic management, participation in tree plantation and cleanliness drives etc should be promoted.Such experiences will have an everlasting positive impression on young minds and we'll have an informed, sensitive, aware, proactive citizenry with good civic sense.

We (Indians) are talking about "One India Educated India Developed India" 1. Why not we are focusing to force one educational Board for One India ? 2. Education should be based upon its application rather than theory. Based upon individuals area of interest and country's demand, it should be defined time to time and should be implemented. 3. Accountability should be defined - its is utmost important because it is the root cause of deterioration of our educational system day by day.
