Reforming school education: - Private tuition by the schoolteachers must come under punishable offence. They should preserve the time, energy & effort for the school. To ensure quality teaching their promotion should be based on confidential student feedback. At the same time, initiatives should be taken to make the profession of schoolteacher attractive.

we shall promote our rich ancient culture rather than experimenting in education by including and excluding lessons. our economy has transformed from social economy to money economy. we shall inculcate in every child values, culture, ethics and their importance rather than teaching the importance of money. we shall firstly reduce the burden to education from the shoulders of our young generation and give them ample opportunity through learning by doing, this shall be of behavioral in nature.

Present Education in schools is stressing on retention of professional subjects, cut throat competition and leadership among students while moral values have been taken for granted which is most important part of school education. Due to this our schools are developing unethical machines striving for materialistic success at the cost of anything forgetting the very purpose of life and society. All this has resulted in loss of values in our society leading to corruption, rapes, crimes, law breaki

The ones who are willing to teach their skill in any part of the country shall be transferred to schools that lack such teachers. The number in this category would be possibly be less. But the idea of involving all the educated or even uneducated but skilled home-makers to help teach India different skills either through their physical presence, or recorded videos/online classes, or developing study material such as for cooking, music, arts etc the list & possibility is in-numerous!

A lot of home-makers today can start helping India gain better education by teaching the skills/subjects they're good at. If there is an organization created for teachers till 12th STD, it can categorize teachers under- 1. The ones who are willing to teach their subject/skill in any part of the country 2. The ones who are not 3. The ones who can devote restricted & odd timings to teach. 3rd category people can teach at home or record videos of their teaching to be used online or in schools.

Since India historically has been known for its all round education its important to include yoga, music & dance etc. Atleast yoga should be a compulsory class before before beginning the normal schedule. The problem lies in the fact that the number of teachers available are very less. But the issue is many skilled individuals who can be great teachers either become home-makers or face unemployment.
