I worked with one NGO to find out why electricity & electronics portions are not understood by village students of 8th, 9th & 10th. I took combined class for these students for 1 month & completed 3years portion. Students understood portion & took interest. During this time teachers never turned up to know how I am teaching. After coming to Bangalore I talked with few 10th students I found they have biharted hole thing, on asking question they omit every thing. this is the fate of education.

I know people without 10th pass are earning lakhs of rupees per month, it is purely by gaining skills. Thus craft up to 10 standard must include, carpentry, sheet metal, first aid, nursing, gardening, welding, repair and servicing of gadgets, food craft, plumbing, etc. This training confirms him his own skill area. He take decision to learn further or go for self employment. Output of skill training should not produce scrap from raw material, teacher must guide in time and provide skill.

I think sex education is not necessary at any level of education. If it is taught he may leave regular studies & concentrates in sex & becomes master in all sex activities. May become bad element in society. Instead if he is encouraged in social work technical work sports, he become value added citizen to the society. He understand kind of work suitable for him, how to earn money with dignity. What higher education is suitable and can take. Parents should not pressurize to take certain education

Few soft skill subjects like time management, setting goals, communication skills etc must be included. Every school must have play ground. Indian history is written by British. Must be re written. The pride Indian ancient history which communists and missionaries made a debatable must be changed. Religion based trusts must not run schools. All schools must have one syllabus. Upto 5th class 30% of school timings must for out door activities. Teachers training by highly professionals in well orga

7th std student must become expert in handling day today activity & help parents to carry out most of the work. 10th student must be expert in carrying out all house work, social work, must have awareness in understanding various good bad activities taking place around him and must be in position to report to his friends, parents, police etc. He must be good at first aid, these characters help him in his entire remaining life. At this age his mind becomes matured, later he may not do bad things.

our education system is in need of introduction a new subject of "SEX EDUCATION ". a proper knowledge of it should be given to the childrens .Sex should not be considerd as taboo should be teached. Rape can be controlled byproviding proper knowledge of it ,new generation should be bought up with a maturity on the term SEX. #yeswecan

Engage local practitioners of these skills, have more hands on projects through the year, do not introduce exams to test life skills but let the skill evaluation be market driven i.e. let teachers, partents, experts etc, do comprehensive subjective evaluation of skills (like they do in real life where they provide for feedback in subjective terms) in manner similar to how US univ evaluate students for admission.

include a subject religion with their values in high school standard because many religious disputs are caused due to misunderstanding of religions

Include meditation in the curriculum. The things learnt at school always remain with us. Meditation helps keeping balance physically, mentally and emotionally.

Education should be for character building.
