The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) sent a reference dated 22nd August 2019, seeking recommendations of TRAI on reserve prices for 283 cities (260 new + 23 existing), under FM Phase-III Policy.

Accordingly, this Consultation Paper has been prepared to seek the comments/views of the stakeholders on the issues related to estimation of the reserve prices for auction of FM Radio channels.

As part of the consultative process, the Consultation Paper has been uploaded on the TRAI website. Written comments on the consultation paper are invited from the stakeholders by 6th November 2019. Counter-comments, if any, may be submitted by 13th November 2019.

As per phage -third policy guidelines, reserve price for new channels in exciting FM phase -second cities was fixed as the highest bid price received for that city in phase-second

This may require a review of the methodology adopted in 2015 by TRAI for valuation of FM radio channels and the vareables-population,per capita incom,listenership of FM radio,and per Capita gross revenue earned by exciting FM radio operators and Thier values considered at that time

Pranams sir. Auction of FM is unavoidable due to lot of commitments. FM is the main media to reach rural areas. FM auction should be on condition basis. Mainly it should broadcast the achievement s of government. Lot of schemes introduced to the benefit of rural. All schemes should be explained. Patriotic songs and stories should be broadcasted . Bharat Mata ki jai.

प्राइवेटाइजेशन में केवल प्राइवेट व्यक्ति अपने हित को साधने का प्रयास करता है एवं सामाजिक ड्यूटी से बचना चाहता है इसलिए प्राइवेटाइजेशन से पहले यह सुनिश्चित करना जरूरी है की नियम कानूनों के तहत सभी चैनल्स अपने सामाजिक ड्यूटी को भी निभाए एवं सामाजिक कार्यों में भी प्रतिभाग करें देश हित को सर्वोपरि रखें केवल अपने हित के लिए ही कार्य ना करें अनीता प्राइवेटाइजेशन का दुरुपयोग न करे

भारत सरकार की नीति में एफएम रेडियो चैनल की नीलामी का प्रस्ताव रखा है हालाकि भारत सरकार अनेक विभागों का प्राइवेटाइजेशन कर रही है लेकिन इस privatization मैं यह भी ध्यान रखा जाए कि प्राइवेट चैनल्स कहीं इसका दुरुपयोग ना शुरू कर दें इसमें गरीबों को वह सरकारी योजनाओं को भी प्रमुखता दी जाए यह व्यक्ति विशेष के चैनल ना बनकर रह जाएं अन्य और केवल कमाई का साधन ना बन सके इसलिए प्राइवेटाइजेशन से पहले हमें यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि यह सरकारी नियम कानूनों का भी पालन करें और व्यक्तिगत हित के अलावा सामाजिक हित को

माननीय महोदय, देश में नाना प्रकार की तमाम समस्याएं है, लेकिन फिर भी देश आगे बढ़ रहा है और विश्व के पटल पर अपनी पहचान बना रहा है। यह हमारे लिए गर्व की बात है। मेरा निवेदन है कि इस एप के जरिये आम लोगों तक सीधे जुड़ने की पहल को विशेष तबज्जों दी जानी चाहिए। खास कर गांव देहातों की समस्याओं को उजागर कर उनका समाधान हो सके। इसके अलावा समस्याओं का हल, निदान पर भी विशेष ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए, तभी आम जनमानस का हित हो सकता है।

Radio broadcast service is a major communication system in rural areas till know and it should be accepted as a fact. Majority of program related to agriculture, government schemes, recent updates played a major role in uplifting the livelihood of rural people. Especially the old person and mainly Farmers prefferd radio for their knowledge, so it helps a lot to them and than auction of this is definitely going to be not worth it because it's relevance already decrease in modern technology era.
