sir, I had written to you earlier too. all channels should be as per sec just like a mob phone. STB is connected to satellite and it knows what channel I am watching, so at the end of month bill me like that. or recharge and keep watching. a 22 rupees channel should be per sec and recorded in my account at satellite. whatever I see, keep deducting the amount but per sec. like std and national call on mob has different rates and also sms. think please. thank you.

I bought a TV and a d2h connection to see the news channels. and ofcourse if available occasionally I prefer to see some cartoon or movie but not necessary.
prior to your latest rule, I was recharged with RS.300 every month but later I stopped the TV viewing because for some free to air news channels I am spending this amount so I avoided.
my connection is idle from more than 8 month now. I heard about the New system of recharge but till confused. I want to recharge but who will guide me?
