नियमित योग को जीवन में अपना कर हम सभी स्वस्थ और निरोगी एवं तनाव मुक्त होते है और अपने वजन को भी घटा सकते है और अपनी रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढ़ाने में मदद मिलती है मैंने तो योग को अपने जीवन में अपनाया है लोगो को भी योग के लिए जागरूक करता रहता हूं मैंने एक साल मै अपना 25किलो वजन भी कम किया है सभी लोग योग करे हमेशा स्वस्थ रहें।

Every time you think you are broken Know this you are never really breaking No one can break the oceans during all are you doing Is braking the glass hold you back Diving deeper I to your two depths. Vasantha Lakshmi Kalipatnam 6 Year Commemoration Jingle/Song इसी तरह से आगे बढ्ना|| शुरू किया है सुविधाओंसे बाल विकास का मार्ग बनाया महिलाओं को दिया उज्वला माताशिशु कल्य़ाण किया॥ किसान भाई की खुश्हाली वयोजनों की रक्षा की कसर जरा भी ना छोडी सब को ही संभाला है॥ संकट के जो पल आये थे धीरज बन कर किया साम्ना छः सालों कि छ्बी है छाई यही रोश्नी यही प्रकाश सदा रहे ह्मारे साथ॥

Ye halaat se bekhabar topic turant hataa ke koi janta ki Hitt sambhandhi topic laayein. Celebrate shabd ko padh ke guilt feel Hota Hai ki Jahan ki janta Har Tarah ki traasdi jhel rahi ho wahan hum ek aise platform pe khade hain jo Bana to Janta ki bhalayi ke liye the per Covid-19 jaise काल mein apni sthaapna ke 6 Saal purey hone ka jashn manaa raha Hai.. 🙏 🇮🇳
