Suggest measures to create jobs in rural areas so as to prevent excessive strain on our urban areas and at the same time enhance the development of the villages.

How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

If created an institution named Govt. BPO, can give thousands of people a job in their own district\ vill.\ home. This bill can channelize the work force and remove intermediate bodies who keeps themselves around 80-85% of payment. This can stop people going to another state for job. This can fetch foreign currency. For people providing job (other country) gets an authentic & transparent platform where they can post their work & get the completed work back & pay. To know more please contact me.

Mr Lachman Singh Rathore had 3 sons. His 1st son Capt Ghanshyam Singh of Gurkha Rifles was killed in Ladakh in '62 War; 2nd son Maj Bir Singh, died along the Ichogil Canal in '65 in an ambush & 3rd, Vikram Singh, who had the courage to join the IAF, is also gone in another operation. Had he not given more to our country than all of us combined; can his sacrifice ever be repaid by the Country? We only know Super Rich Cricketers/Actors to be conferred PADMAS and RATNAS! But what about this Father?
