sir,I am great fan of PM. some tough reforms are required for this country .From one side u r thinking of creating jobs and the other side u r corp orating many of the govt sectors. After 20 years of service in govt expecting pension , till now i have not thought of any other side business or i did not think of corruption. Now all of sudden decisions of corporation of the organization will create sudden disturbance in many of the lives. Please think before acting .

The job creation and skill development programmes like DDUGKY and DDUAY are good measures to develop and nurture new skilled labour force. But It would also be good if the Govt. utilises existing resources of Public Organisations to create more employment opportunities.

1. the labour laws should be made manadatory as far as minimum workers per factor going up from 10 to 20 and PF going up from 20 to 30 This will encourage SME.s to employ more and hence create jobs. SME 's should have excise exemption upto Rs 3.0 crores with 50% excise duty payable from 2- to 3 crore of sales
